Your inquiry & your information

The Google inquiry form asks for your name, email, business name, location, and optional project details. Damon uses this information to respond, prepare a quote, and discuss your website project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How your message is sent

The embedded Google Form records your inquiry in Google Forms and a private Google Sheets response spreadsheet. An Apps Script configured by Damon sends an email notification to [email protected]. Inquiry records and emails may remain for correspondence and project records. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

Other services

Cloudflare hosts this site and may process technical request information to serve and protect it. Some demo pages load Google Fonts. Google processes form submissions, spreadsheet records, and notification emails under its own policies. The embedded Google Form may display Google’s own service notices.
