Cleaning Business Website Design

Make it easier to ask for a clean home or workspace.

Cleaning prospects need to know what kind of cleaning you offer, where you work, and what details you need for an estimate. A good website answers those questions before a lengthy back-and-forth.

A page with a purpose

Useful details for cleaning businesses.

Distinguish recurring housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-out work, and commercial service where applicable. Explain the scope and the quote process rather than letting every visitor assume the same tasks are included.

01

Cleaning types

Separate the services you actually offer and identify the intended customer.

02

Service area

List real coverage areas and any relevant travel limitations.

03

Scope and exclusions

Clarify the tasks included and anything requiring an additional quote.

04

Quote inquiries

Ask for property type, approximate size, cleaning frequency, and timing.

What to send me

Your cleaning types, coverage area, scope and exclusions, quote questions, and approved photos.

If you do not have every detail ready, start with what you know. We can confirm the content and project scope before work begins.

Clear scope. Clear price.

Both packages are one-page websites. Your quote sets out the agreed content and features. Advanced systems and third-party subscriptions are separate.

How we work together

From a first hello to your own website.

Send the basic details about your business. I confirm the scope and a fixed quote, prepare a preview, and refine it within your included revision rounds. I then help launch the site and connect your domain. Under the current offer, payment follows launch; any different arrangements are agreed before work starts.

Your finished files are yours after payment, and the domain stays in your name. Future updates can be quoted when you need them.

Can customers get an instant quote?

A basic site can collect quote details. Instant pricing based on rooms, extras, travel, and availability requires a separately scoped calculator or booking system.

Can I advertise insurance or background checks?

Only if those claims are accurate and current. Provide the wording you can substantiate, and keep it up to date.

What does a website cost?

Basic is $300 CAD plus applicable taxes for a one-page site with essential information and one revision round. Standard is $500–$700 CAD plus applicable taxes, with a fixed quote before work starts, richer content, a simple inquiry form, and two revision rounds.

Are there ongoing costs?

Your domain is purchased and renewed by you. Simple static hosting may fit within Cloudflare’s free tier, subject to its terms and limits. Optional paid services, usage beyond free limits, and future changes are separate. There is no mandatory monthly maintenance fee from DamonAD.
