Moving Company Website Design

Collect the details that make an estimate useful.

Moving prospects need to know what kind of moves you handle, where you operate, and how an estimate works. A focused website can explain the process and improve the quality of the first inquiry.

A page with a purpose

Useful details for moving companies.

Distinguish local, long-distance, packing, and specialty services where relevant. Explain the details you need to assess a move instead of publishing a single price that leaves important conditions unstated.

01

Move types

Describe the residential, commercial, or specialty work you actually provide.

02

Coverage

Explain your real routes or service areas.

03

Estimate information

Ask for dates, locations, property size, access, and service requirements.

04

Preparation guidance

Share your approved next steps and items requiring advance discussion.

What to send me

Your move types, coverage, estimate questions, charge conditions, and preparation or access requirements.

If you do not have every detail ready, start with what you know. We can confirm the content and project scope before work begins.

Clear scope. Clear price.

Choose a starting package.

Both packages are one-page websites. Your quote sets out the agreed content and features. Advanced systems and third-party subscriptions are separate.

How we work together

From a first hello to your own website.

Send the basic details about your business. I confirm the scope and a fixed quote, prepare a preview, and refine it within your included revision rounds. I then help launch the site and connect your domain. Under the current offer, payment follows launch; any different arrangements are agreed before work starts.

Your finished files are yours after payment, and the domain stays in your name. Future updates can be quoted when you need them.

Can customers get a binding estimate immediately?

A basic website collects estimate information; your team reviews it. Automated pricing and binding quote workflows need separate scope and your approved terms.

Can the site explain stairs or packing charges?

Yes. Publish the factors you actually use and explain when a written estimate is provided, rather than leaving visitors to infer the final price.

What does a website cost?

Basic is $300 CAD plus applicable taxes for a one-page site with essential information and one revision round. Standard is $500–$700 CAD plus applicable taxes, with a fixed quote before work starts, richer content, a simple inquiry form, and two revision rounds.

Are there ongoing costs?

Your domain is purchased and renewed by you. Simple static hosting may fit within Cloudflare’s free tier, subject to its terms and limits. Optional paid services, usage beyond free limits, and future changes are separate. There is no mandatory monthly maintenance fee from DamonAD.
